Our Approach

Build the LOCK, Eliminate the BLOCKS

A mental lock is your pre-performance routine. Built from a foundation on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and applied sport psychology, then customized to your sport, your position, and the specific moment where pressure usually wins. The goal is to train a response so well that you do not have to think about it when the game gets loud.

The Process

01

Align

First session. We learn the athlete, assess current mental skills, and prescribe the program. You leave knowing exactly what we are building and why.

02

Build

Design the lock: breathing, self-talk, cue words, imagery, process goals. One to two skills per session, built around your sport and pressure points.

03

Train

Practice the routine until it fires under real pressure, not just when everything is calm. Homework every week. Accountability between sessions.

Compete

Bring the lock into real games. Refine what holds and fix what breaks. Booster sessions keep the routine sharp after the initial program.
