A mental skills training brand for athletes. We teach pre-performance routines, self-talk, breathing, imagery, and other tools grounded in sport psychology and CBT to help athletes perform when pressure is highest.

Athletes ages 10 through professionals and Olympians. All sports. Also teams, coaching staffs, and performers in high-pressure settings like dance, music, and corporate environments.

Performance anxiety, negative self-talk, the yips, perfectionism, fear of failure, overthinking mechanics, injury-related fear, emotional regulation, and the gap between practice and competition.

Eight weekly sessions at 50 minutes each. Booster and maintenance sessions are built in after.

Mental skills training is not typically covered by insurance. If an athlete needs mental health services, a superbill is provided for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.

Yes. Licensed for telehealth across the majority of US states through PSYPACT.

Not required, but strongly encouraged. It helps us understand the athlete faster.

The staff are former competitive athletes. Dr. Chapman is an internationally recognized expert in both clinical and sport psychology, serves as psychologist for professional teams and Team USA, and was inducted into two athletic halls of fame. We provide both mental performance and mental health services, which most competitors cannot offer.
